Healthy Lifestyle #2

Ok, so it's been a while, but I've kind of been on a plateau since January. Once school started it's been a little harder for me to exercise quite as regularly. I've still been doing pretty well on the eating, though, taking in less calories than I burn probably 97% of the time. So, I really haven't lost much more than another pound or two since January, (but I haven't gained, either, so that's good) but hopefully that will change soon. I did start running, which has been great. Unfortunately I've only been running once a week. I don't like running on the treadmill at the gym, so when I do make it to the gym, I usually just do the elliptical. Now that the time has changed, though, I'm excited because I should be able to start running 1-2 more days a week, in the evenings at home, now that it will still be light when I get home from work. Hopefully that will kick my metabolism back into gear and I can start on the last 10 lbs I want to lose before May. That is my maintenance goal. Wish me luck!
